Chris is an award-winning senior executive with 26+ years’ experience in the food and beverage industry in both the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. He served as National Vice President of Franchise Distribution Operations for the Canada Bread Company, a division of Maple Leaf Foods, National Vice President Store Operations for Bulk Barn Foods, and Regional Field Operations Director for the Second Cup Coffee Company.
Before receiving his MBA from the University of Toronto, Chris received his Bachelor of Social Work degree from Memorial University in St. John’s, Newfoundland and worked as a strategic family therapist in forensics, psychiatry, and child protection with many diverse population groups. He also spent time working with homeless youth on the streets of Toronto.
The combination of his training, business experience and leadership give Chris a unique perspective on both the human condition and complex business needs as they apply to the interpersonal relationships in companies.
Chris is also a True Colors International Workshop Leader, Myers-Briggs certified facilitator, Korn-Ferry certified, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt. He has received Disney’s Approach to Quality Service Certification through the Disney Institute and is Franchise E-Factor Licensed.

David is an enthusiastic leader and executive with over 25 years of experience leading high performance teams in the CPG industry. Over the past 10 years David has been heavily involved in the sale, merger, and acquisition of several CPG companies. Building high performance teams, integrating & establishing corporate cultures, and leading strategic planning/execution have been his primary responsibilities.
David’s educational background include accreditations in Direct Personal Leadership and Negotiations from Ivey School of Business @ Western University, Sales & Marketing – Sheridan College, and Retail Management/Leadership from Cornell University. David is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
Coaching is David’s passion. A 3x Women’s Canadian Champion in softball as coach of Team Ontario, Coach Youth AAA Ontario Baseball Champion, and currently a coach with both the Oakville Rangers and Oakville A’s AAA programs.
When not on a ball diamond or in a hockey rink David enjoys spending time with his amazing wife and two sons.
